Friday July 10th

Strength:  Back Squat
5x5; rest 2 min, same weight across

AMRAP in 3 min
3 Thrusters #135/95
5 Bar Facing Burpees
7 Air Squats
Rest 3 min x 3

I did 125lbs for the back squat

I did the WOD with 85 for the thrusters and that was a PR for me.  I completed 3 rounds in each of the 3 minutes for a total of 9 rounds.
